The Path to Membership
RED is a membership-based community. To maintain the integrity and intimacy of our network, we operate on an invitation-only basis.
Experience the Community: Interested professionals are invited to attend one monthly event as a guest. (at a $50 fee) to experience the RED culture firsthand.
Invitations: Membership is extended by invitation from current members in good standing.
Event Admittance: Guests Registration Fee is $50. Member Registration Fee is $25. Special Event fees are as noted.

Note: To ensure a high-quality experience for our members, recurring guest attendance is not permitted, and special events are reserved exclusively for active members.
Membership Requirements & Growth
We believe in active participation. To keep our community vibrant and balanced, we adhere to the following guidelines:
Balanced Representation: We maintain a strategic balance between CRE professionals, end-users, and industry affiliates.
Active Engagement: New members are encouraged to join a committee during their first year and are asked to attend at least three meetings annually. Members in good standing for two years are eligible for consideration for the RED Board of Directors.
Annual Dues: $175 Memberships run from January 1st through December 31st. Dues are payable upon membership confirmation.
